RoseAnn has over 25 years experience in sales, advertising and marketing. Her many years of experience in the fields of sports coaching, direct, retail and corporate sales and training has brought her unique blend of communication, coaching and intuitive skills to Success Vision.

RoseAnn’s key to being a Change Catalyst, or Success Coach is listening to what is NOT being said and taking the time to understand the needs, desires and passions of her clients to help them move forward in their lives and businesses.

Her passion is people – Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners.  She is one, and loves sharing her experience with others who understand that being self-employed is a calling!

RoseAnn is a past Director of ARID House Niagara, AngelFest, and most recently she was the President and Owner of Impact Media Marketing Ltd. – an Ad Agency and Marketing Consulting business located in Niagara On the Lake, Ontario Canada. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, and the Executive Director of Business in Niagara – Social Fusion Networking. RoseAnn is also a member of the The Referral Institute`s Peel-Halton Referrals For Life, and a Certified Networker graduate.

Through Success Vision’s business coaching services, RoseAnn provides feedback, insight and guidance by creating an alliance between herself and her client to help them define what Success is and to provide the keys needed for the journey from the Vision to the Reality.
